Delete your local data

Glow stores progress on your device only. To delete all saved data:

Android: Settings → Apps → Glow → Storage → Clear storage (or uninstall the app).

Restore purchases

Open Glow → Settings → Restore purchases. You must use the same Google Play account used for the original purchase.

Include your device model, Android version, and a description of the issue. Screenshots help.
