Terms of Service

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Glow for private, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable store rules.

2. The service

Glow provides daily and practice logic puzzles, optional hints, streak tracking, and sharing features.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. In-app purchases

Optional purchases (e.g. remove ads, hint packs) are billed by Google Play. All sales follow Google Play’s terms and refund policies.

Non-consumable purchases may be restored via the in-app "Restore purchases" option on the same store account.

Virtual items have no real-world cash value and are not transferable.

4. Advertising

The free version may show banner and rewarded video ads via Google AdMob.

Rewarded ads are optional and used to earn in-game hints.

Purchasing "Remove ads" disables ad inventory where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, cheat, or interfere with the app’s operation
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent paid features or ad systems

6. Disclaimer

Glow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Glow. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

8. Termination

You may stop using Glow at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
